At Nether Asphalt Sealing & Paving, all services can be provided for commercial and residential properties. With each service provided our job list includes:

Cleaning the asphalt surface of ALL dirt, mud spots, vegetation, and debris​

Applying primer to oil spots for sealer adhesion

Crack-sealing cracks 1/8” wide and larger using a hot pour rubberized tracking resistant filler

Pot-hole patching using hot or cold patch

Using an asphalt based sealer or coal tar sealer that is NOT over diluted with water like our competitors may use

Offering a number of sand mixtures in the sealer for YOUR particular application

Offering the sealer application by either the squeegee, spray, or brush method

Line-painting parking lots in white or yellow heavy duty industrial latex paint. (Fire truck zones, handicap parking, directional arrows, and no parking zones can be added)

During and After job completion, parking lots and driveways are barricaded for public safety and to eliminate accidental walk and drive-ons

Typical drying time before sealed area is traffic ready is about 18-24 hours. A rapid-cure additive is available to allow usage within 4 hours of sealing at an additional cost.
